I am accepting BCBS, Aetna and UHC insurance. Out of network fee is $195.00 per 55 minute session.

I offer hypnosis for smoking cessation and that service is for $250.00 out of pocket payment and I do not bill insurance for that session. I have a certificate in Hypnosis.
