Driving Directions

From the West Tennessee side of Boone:

Head south on 421, and/or east on West King Street. Take a right onto 221/105. Take a Left at the first light by Zaby’s onto State Farm Rd. Drive past the first light and turn Right into the 3rd driveway. Building has words Boone Professional Center on it.

From the South [Blowing Rock or Tweetie]:

Head into Boone going North on 321, pass Lowes Builders on the right. Take a Right at the light for Shadowline Dr. [Five Guys Takeout on the corner]. Head North East on Shadowline Dr turn Right at the second light onto State Farm Road. Turn right into the third drive way on the right Building has words Boone Professional Center on it.

From the South West [Foscoe / Grandfather Mt] :

Drive North on 105 and continue North on 221 [past Wendy’s and Exxon] . Take a Right at the light onto State Farm Rd. Drive past the Shadow Line light and turn Right into the 3rd driveway on the right. Building has words Boone Professional Center on it.

From the East [Wilkesboro Side of town]

Head North on 421, coming into Boone from East King Street. Turn Left at the light for 221 / 105. Drive to the first light and turn Left after Zaby’s onto State Farm Rd. Drive past the first light [Shadow Line Drive] and turn Right into the 3rd driveway on the right. Building has words Boone Professional Center on it.

From the North

Come into Boone on 421. Depending on which side of town you are coming into, follow the directions above from the east or west.
